What should I do if auto download doesn't work?

Please go to Settings- Auto download- Subscriptions- Customize to check if this feature is enabled for the podcasts you’d like to download automatically.
If the app is not allowed to run in the background or is running under mobile data, then the auto-download feature will not work. Please turn on your WiFi and allow the app to run in the background for full functionality.

If the above tips don't work, please join our community, submit us a ticket or reach us at contact@castbox.fm with the following information:

1. Please tell us the names of the podcasts that don't auto download.

2. If you manually download them, does it work?

3. If you connect to WiFi and wait a while after you open the app, will the episodes appear in the Downloads queue?
