What should I do if the podcasts don't load? (Android)

Please go the phone Settings- Applications- Castbox- Storage- Clear cache, after clearing the cache, go back to the app and see if the podcasts could load successfully. If it still doesn't work, please try to go the phone Settings- Applications- Castbox- Storage- Clear data, however, please note that once the data is cleared, what you have downloaded via Castbox will get lost.
