            What should I do if the app won't download/download failed?

            If you cannot download any episodes, please check if you have enough storage space.

            For Android users:
            1. change your storage location (eg, from SD card to the internal storage by going to the app Personal tab - Settings - Change storage location);
            2. try to clear the data of the app (Phone Settings - Apps - Castbox - Storage - Clear the data). Please note that this way will make your downloaded episodes get lost.

            If the above tips do not work, please send the names of the podcasts and relevant screenshots to or submit a ticket directly.
